Course Description: 

The purpose of this class is to prepare students who want to move on into the health sciences at the next level. Students will be studying a generalization of the human body/organs/functions and professions that deal with the medical field such as: physician, nursing, physical therapy, physician assistant, pharmacist, veterinarian, etc. Students will learn exactly what these professions do and baseline skills that these professions need to know. They will also be exposed to the schooling that is required to work in these fields.
